Stark moves and encounters Stane and an intense battle takes place between the two before Stane is killed after his arc reactor explodes due to an electric surge. S.H.I.E.L.D agents come forward and try to arrest Stane but prove to be no match for him due to his plagiarized suit.

Stark perfects his suit but is only able to power it up to a limited extent after Stane steals his arc reactor.
